O WiFi DELL XPS 13 9360 continua se desconectando com o adaptador de rede sem fio 802.11ac da QCA6174

Question

Eu tenho um dual boot (no modo inseguro) DELL XPS 13 9360 com o Windows 10 e Ubuntu 16.04. Eu perco minha conexão de internet através de WiFi no Ubuntu. Ele diz que eu ainda tenho uma conexão Wi-Fi, mas quando tento carregar uma página da web não funciona. Ao reconectar o WiFi, ele funciona novamente.

Eu não notei nenhum problema no Windows, mas também não o uso com frequência.

Eu tentei reinstalar os drivers da pasta hw3.0 de aqui .

Acho que consertei. O problema provavelmente se originou das configurações do meu roteador. Quando mudei de 802.11n + g + b para 802.11n + g, a conexão parece estável. Embora ao longo do tempo eu mudei bastante configuração no Ubuntu e meu roteador, isso parecia fazer o truque.

Editar 1/7/17: Mais tarde, encontrei outra opção crucial que tive que desmarcar para que funcionasse. No meu roteador Fritzbox é chamado:

  

Coexistência de LAN sem fio ativada

     

Em ambientes sem fio muito usados, a largura do canal disponível é dividida entre os participantes da melhor maneira possível.

Acho que essa opção às vezes altera a largura de banda do sinal. Quando isso acontece, a conexão é perdida entre meu laptop e o roteador. No arquivo /var/log/syslog , também vi algo como: bandwidth changed, connection lost , se bem me lembro.

Eu desativaria o gerenciamento de energia do Wi-Fi com

sudo sed -i 's/wifi.powersave = 3/wifi.powersave = 2/' /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/default-wifi-powersave-on.conf

Altere a criptografia no roteador sem fio para WPA2 somente sem WEP, TKIP ou WPA simples, dependendo do roteador que pode ser chamado de WPA2-PSK, WPA2-AES ou WPA2 Personal.

Reinstale o pacote linux-firmware

sudo apt-get install --reinstall linux-firmware

Reinicie

na minha máquina eu tenho o seguinte:

Eu tive o mesmo problema com esta placa wifi no Debian. Atualizar as configurações no roteador não era uma opção. O que ajudou foi atualizar o firmware binário a partir daqui: link

Basta baixar a última versão e substituir o arquivo firmware-6.bin localizado em /lib/firmware/ath10k/QCA6174/hw3.0/ .

Em seguida, recarregue os módulos do kernel afetados:

modprobe -r ath10k_pci ath10k_core
modprobe ath10k_pci
modprobe ath10k_core
