netsh import não funciona

Estou tentando usar o netsh para exportar e importar minhas configurações de rede. Consegui exportar minhas configurações usando o comando:

netsh -c interface dump > c:\settings.txt

O arquivo é criado, tudo ok, mas quando tento importar o arquivo, use:

netsh -f c:\settings.txt

Eu recebo o seguinte:

Estou executando o prompt de comando com privilégios de administrador em um Windows 8.

Eu preciso disso porque estou trabalhando em mais locais e em um deles preciso definir algumas configurações de proxy e quero automatizar isso de alguma forma.

Depois de analisar o link alguns minutos, eu estou pensando que talvez devesse tentar algo como

"netsh -c Interface -f C: \ settings.txt".
