Como consertar o crash do Windows Explorer?

Estou executando o Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 no Lenovo T400. Eu estou enfrentando um problema sempre que eu tentei acessar minhas propriedades de Wi-Fi, fez com que o Windows Explorer parasse de funcionar e, em seguida, reinicie tudo sozinho. O wifi funciona bem. No entanto, eu nunca posso acessar as janelas de propriedades para o wifi.
