Vim: netrw “trava” com pouca freqüência, como corrigir / depurar

Meu Vim: netrw trava com pouca freqüência, como uma vez a cada duas horas. Sintomas: ele não responde a Enter (abrir arquivo, navegar para um diretório). Ele faz responder as outras chaves netrw como s e i .

Eu tenho alguns plugins instalados, mas nenhum (eu sei) que interfere com o netrw. Eu não quero começar a usar vim -u NONE apenas para encontrar esse bug.

Eu também uso o Vim dentro do tmux, mas duvido que isso tenha algo a ver com isso.

Então, minhas perguntas são:

1 Alguém conhece esse problema?

2 Como posso depurar o netrw para descobrir onde está o problema?

Estou usando o netrw localmente. O resto do meu sistema não está travado, nem mesmo o Vim em outras divisões.

Estou no Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, com o Gnome (esse é o padrão certo?) Versão do Vim: 7.2.330

Eu não quero usar vim -u NONE porque o problema ocorre muito raramente e eu não quero trabalhar em um Vim sem qualquer configuração personalizada apenas para encontrar este problema.

Quando apenas o mapeamento Enter para de funcionar, mas o restante do Vim permanece responsivo, parece que o mapeamento netrw local do buffer foi limpo / sobrescrito. Você pode investigar o que está mapeado (quando funciona e para de funcionar) por
