não pode executar lspci em centos 6?

"Comando não encontrado" é bem diferente de "não parece estar funcionando".

O lspci foi instalado em um local que não está em seu caminho ou você usa um shell que precisa ser atualizado novamente para atualizar seu cache de diretório.

Observe que você tentou executar o usuário normal. Assim / sbin, / usr / sbin e / usr / local / sbin provavelmente não estão no seu caminho.
