Instalação de PeerGuardian (E: não é possível localizar o pacote)

Seguindo as instruções em seu wiki ( link ), eu me deparo com esse erro que não pode encontrar nenhum dos programas PG para instalar. O que estou fazendo errado, como instalo o PeerGuardian?

For Ubuntu hardy you will find the precessors of pgl here: nfblock/moblock, blockcontrol and mobloquer. They aren't developed any more.

[Eu sou o mantenedor do dito ppa]:

Quando o Launchpad cria um pacote de origem em um PPA, ele cria binários para i386 (x86) e amd64, mas não para arm. (Fonte: help.launchpad.net/Packaging/PPA).

Mas existe a possibilidade de solicitar construções de comunidades (dev.launchpad.net/CommunityARMBuilds), que acabei de fazer: link

Então esperamos que eles apareçam em breve, basta verificar esse link.

EDIT 2015-01-25: os pacotes armhf agora estão disponíveis para o Vivid, o Utopic e o Trusty. Outras dists seguirão. Basta me enviar um e-mail se houver mais problemas.

Geralmente: Você pode verificar o arquivo "Pacotes" do ppa para o seu arco para ver se há pacotes disponíveis. Por exemplo. o seguinte arquivo está vazio (= não há pacotes atualmente para o pgl no arm64): link

btw a resposta original de Oli estava errada (ainda um grande obrigado e muru pela continuação da participação neste tópico): os pacotes são de fato chamados pgld, pglcmd e pglgui. Então o comando apt-get install estava correto. Apenas o pacote fonte é chamado pgl.

Esse repo só possui um pacote pgl . Se você olhar para os arquivos de pacote verá que fornece binários para todos esses comandos. Isso é tudo que você precisa para instalar.

sudo apt-get install pgl

Devo também acrescentar que este PPA envia apenas versões para lúcido-confiável. Se você estiver usando algo mais novo (por exemplo, 14.10), isso não funcionará. Converse com seu mantenedor .
