“Falha ao obter o tamanho da gama” erro ao tentar definir a resolução

Em 11,10, minha resolução máxima permitida é de 1024x768, enquanto meu monitor suporta 1280x800 no Windows.

Eu vi um método para resolver isso via xrandr, mas sempre recebo uma mensagem dizendo que ele não consegue obter o tamanho de gama.

Existe alguma outra maneira de adicionar uma resolução de 1280x800 ao meu laptop, alguma solução alternativa?

Você precisa adicionar uma modeline em seu arquivo Xorg.conf. Por favor leia isto: link A parte sobre powerstrip pode ser interessante, pois você tem janelas com a resolução correta.

Eu notei que sua resolução máxima mostrada no xrandr estava limitada a 1024x768. Talvez PRIMEIRO você pode seguir o wiki abaixo e tentar forçar X a reconhecer a RAM de vídeo.

Placas de vídeo não reconhecidas

i.e. colocando novas linhas em /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/99-vesahack .

Após o máximo ser alterado com sucesso após a reinicialização, você pode prosseguir para as próximas etapas, por exemplo --newmode e --addmode , etc.

Por acaso tive esse problema durante a depuração da minha ponte de hera. Acho que esse pode ser o motivo do erro "Falha ao obter o tamanho do gama".

Faça um backup do /etc/X11/xorg.conf e adicione as linhas abaixo. ele funcionou para mim no OEL6.5
