O Google Chrome não será instalado via IE9 / Windows7

Usando o IE9, eu tentei instalar o Google Chrome no Windows 7 a partir desse URL link

Mas receba o seguinte erro (desculpas por despejar imprudentemente esse absurdo ...)

Alguma idéia muito apreciada!

O Google Chrome usa o ClickOnce para instalar. É alegadamente um erro de permissão, que pode ser corrigido ao eliminar %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows\UsrClass.dat - embora com outra conta (administrador), uma vez que está bloqueado se o utilizador estiver ligado. Recomendaria pessoalmente que o renomeie para algo, por ex. UsrClass.dat.bak , portanto, se algo der errado ou não funcionar, você poderá restaurá-lo.
