[ 7441.884] (EE) NV: Kernel modesetting driver in use, refusing to load
Passe nomodeset na linha de comando do kernel no gerenciador de inicialização.
devido a problemas com oscilações e bordas ásperas no Windows, mesmo sem drivers nvidia, eu tento reconstruir o xorg inteiro manualmente. Eu corri o X -configure e obtive um xorg.conf padrão que tenho que editar. Eu configurei meu monitor, mas sempre recebo uma "Nenhuma tela encontrada". Como isso vem?

A propósito. Por que não há xorg.conf por padrão? Como o Ubuntu obtém dados gráficos sem ele?
