Horário do Windows - O computador não foi ressincronizado porque não havia dados de horário disponíveis

Eu estava seguindo as instruções da segunda resposta deste question quando o seguinte apareceu quando tentei sincronizar o Windows Time para pool.ntp.org :

Eu tentei cancelar a inscrição e registrar novamente o serviço de tempo do Windows, mas não adiantou.

Como resolvo este problema?
