Driver assinado digitalmente não verificado pelo Windows (Código 52)

Question

Estou instalando o driver I2CTools USB-to-I2C Elite para Win 10 x64, mas recebi uma caixa de diálogo dizendo "Jungo Connectivity: é necessário um driver assinado digitalmente".

No gerenciador de dispositivos, os dois drivers Drivers JungoConnectivity WinDriver1251 e USB-to-I2C Elite estão marcados com triângulos amarelos e Detalhes diz: Não assinado digitalmente.

Eu experimentei duas máquinas diferentes do Win 10, bem como uma máquina virtual Win 7 e recebo o mesmo erro. Os PCs são configurados com as políticas de TI da minha empresa.

Só consigo que os drivers funcionem iniciando o Windows com a verificação do driver de dispositivo permanentemente desativada.

De acordo com o fornecedor, os drivers são assinados e o arquivo de catálogo de segurança usbtoi2c_elite.cat mostra que os certificados são reconhecidos pelo Windows.

Por que o Windows está relatando esse erro? Existe alguma maneira de fazer com que os drivers funcionem sem desabilitar completamente a verificação da assinatura do driver?
