A criação do Lenovo Recovery Media indica que a unidade C não possui espaço suficiente

Question

Eu tenho um Lenovo ThinkPad W541. Eu quero criar os discos de recuperação de fábrica.

Coloquei um CD em branco para começar o processo (ele diz que não suporta DVD-RAM para o Disco 1).

Meu disco rígido C: tem 100 GB de espaço livre (tem 454 GB de capacidade total). Unidade Q: é uma partição de 21,8 GB com 13 GB de dados.

Eu seleciono "Boot Media" e "Data Media" porque quero um conjunto completo de discos de recuperação (CD + DVD). Um pop-up mostra rapidamente que os arquivos estão sendo extraídos e, em seguida, aparece a seguinte caixa de diálogo de erro:

Como isso é possível? Eu tenho 100 GB de espaço livre! Quanto mais pode precisar?
