O Windows 10 laptop não ingressará no domínio, mas poderá executar ping no controlador de domínio

Eu tenho um laptop do Windows 10, mas ele está se recusando a entrar no controlador de domínio. Este é o resultado do meu ip config / all (eu obviamente escondi o domínio para proteger a segurança).
