Não é possível conectar-se ao banco de dados no SSMS 2017

Question

Eu costumava me conectar e agora não posso. Eu tentei desinstalar e reinstalar o SSMS. Eu não mudei as configurações do meu antivírus / firewall.

SO: Windows 10 Home

MAIS ANTECEDENTES:

• Eu posso conectar no meu laptop ao lado do meu computador desktop. Ele teve o mesmo problema, mas consertei desinstalando / reinstalando
• Estou usando o SQL Server Management Studio 2017
  • Tentei reinstalar o SQL Server 2017 e o SSMS 2017
  • posso me conectar ao meu banco de dados local bem
