Como o sudo passwordless é obtido para o usuário vagabundo?

Estou confuso. Isso é /etc/sudoers :

Como o sudo passwordless é obtido para o usuário vagrant ?

O usuário vagrant não está nem no grupo sudo :

vagrant@ubuntu-xenial:~$ id -a
uid=1000(vagrant) gid=1000(vagrant) groups=1000(vagrant)

E, como esperado, adicionar outros usuários ao grupo sudo me pede uma senha:

user1@ubuntu-xenial:~$ sudo ls
[sudo] password for user1:

Primeiro, você precisa adicionar o usuário vagrant ao grupo sudoers e, em seu arquivo /etc/sudoers , alterar a linha

%sudo ALL=(ALL:ALL) ALL

para

%sudo ALL=(ALL:ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL

Se isso não funcionar, procure um arquivo 10-installer em /etc/sudoers.d . Este arquivo pode conter as linhas acima.
