O daemon de transmissão não funciona depois de tentar configurar o firewall para forçá-lo a usar o vpn

Eu tentei forçar a transmissão a usar minha VPN, seguindo estas instruções . Agora não funciona de todo.

Eu limpei as regras do iptables e reiniciei mas ainda não funciona.

Aqui estão minhas regras atuais:
