Windows: DISM: Erro: 0x800f0906: os arquivos de origem não puderam ser baixados

Eu tentei executar o DISM, mas recebi esse erro. Liguei o pen drive USB do Windows 8 que solicitei à Dell (nenhum CD-ROM foi fornecido) e executei novamente com as opções source e o ainda deu o erro. Eu li o link mas não fazia muito sentido e não dizia exatamente o que fonte foi. Não sei o que é uma política de grupo ou o que é uma WIM. O Windows Update já funciona bem. Eu procurei por 'política de grupo' no meu sistema e no Painel de Controle, mas nada foi encontrado. Eu não sei porque não é possível baixar os arquivos necessários.

Isso também pode ser necessário, mas, se bem me lembro, o DISM ainda não foi concluído corretamente logo em seguida.

Há também uma Microsoft guy respondendo ativamente aos problemas do DISM nos comentários. Eu não precisei usá-lo. Poste seu CBS.log e DISM.log e a saída do console e ele poderá ajudá-lo se essa resposta não aparecer.

Faça o download dos arquivos MSU e adicione-os ao Install.wim com o DISM . Agora execute DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:D:\install.wim:1 /limitaccess e use o WIM atualizado como fonte que inclui agora todos os arquivos.
