Como usar o filtro zscale com o ffmpeg?

Estou usando o ffmpeg v3.3.2 Win64 Static e estou tendo problemas para usar o filtro zscale. Este é o comando que estou tentando executar a partir da linha de comando:

ffmpeg -i input.mkv -vf bwdif=1:0:0,zscale=w=-1:h=720:f=spline36:r=full -c:v libx264 -preset slow -crf 23 -tune animation -movflags +faststart -c:a copy output.m4v

A saída que recebo é a mesma que se eu tivesse executado:

ffmpeg -i input.mkv

Nada mais acontece por um tempo até que eu entenda:

OCsignifica"Suporte de comando", mas não entendo o que isso significa.

A opção --enable-libzimg está na configuração, que o filtro zscale requer.

Não tenho certeza do que sinto falta aqui, por isso, qualquer ajuda seria apreciada.

Existem várias instâncias de cur_dts is invalid no arquivo de log, mas não sei se isso está causando um problema para o zscale.
