MIA do Adaptador Bluetooth Ubuntu

Eu tenho o Ubuntu 16.04.2.
Eu tenho este cartão dual wifi / bluetooth. (deve ser amigável ao linux de acordo com aqui )

Não tenho certeza se é relevante, mas eu tenho o windows de inicialização dupla 10 e ocasionalmente meu adaptador bluetooth não será detectado na inicialização no windows 10 (enquanto o wifi funciona bem). Quando isso acontece, minha correção típica envolve desligar, desligar a fonte de alimentação, aguardar e reinicializar.

No Ubuntu eu nunca fui capaz de usar o adaptador bluetooth, mas o wifi funciona perfeitamente.

O seu adaptador Bluetooth está listado em USB como 8087:0a2b (Intel 8265 Bluetooth). O fato de lsusb não conseguir identificá-lo corretamente é um mau sinal. Este bugreport mostra que foi integrado ao Ubuntu em algum lugar em meados de 2016.

Portanto, atualize todo o seu sistema, incluindo o kernel, para obter pelo menos pacotes mais novos que aqueles mencionados no relatório de bug. lsusb deve identificar corretamente o controlador Bluetooth. Se ainda assim não funcionar, carregue a saída de dmesg após a inicialização em algum lugar (pastebin) e edite a pergunta com o link.
