Windows 10 versão 1511 não vai atualizar para 1607 erro 0x800700005

Question

Por vários meses, meu computador WIN-10 não conseguiu se atualizar da versão 1511 para a versão 1607 . Ele faz a tentativa todos os dias, mas falha com o código de erro 0x800700005 e retorna à versão 1511. O SFC e a limpeza e reconstrução do registro não oferecem nenhuma solução. Espero que alguém tenha uma resposta, já que isso parece ser um problema bastante universal para alguns usuários. Aqui estão os detalhes

PC DE DESKTOP HP PAVILION ELITE e9237 64 bits, 8 GB de RAM 2 TB de unidade C: Eu tenho o Windows Versão 10.0 PRO Build 10586 Eu tenho W10 1511 construir 10586.753 (não atualizará) Eu acho que preciso de W10 1607 build 14393.726 kb3216755 (para PRO?)             ou W10 1607 build 14393.729 kb4010672 (para PRO?)
