Estou tentando instalar o BCM para o Outlook 2010 em vários computadores. O processo de instalação parece ser imprevisível. Todos os PCs são o Windows 7 x64 com as atualizações mais recentes e o Office 2010 Pro com as atualizações mais recentes.
Alguns PCs recebem um erro ao executar o instalador completo do BCM: "O Business Contact Manager requer que o Outlook seja instalado no computador." Todos os PCs têm a configuração dos perfis do Outlook e são usados todos os dias sem problemas. Outros programas como o Shoretel instalaram suplementos sem problemas. Parece ser apenas este programa que não consegue ver o Outlook instalado e o comportamento não é consistente.

Eu tentei desinstalar / reinstalar com a ferramenta Fixit da Microsoft aqui: link
Eu também tentei desabilitar o Kaspersky AV, instalando no modo de segurança, de um novo perfil de usuário (local e de domínio), executando sfc / snannow a partir de cmd e chkdsk, sem sorte.

Eu tive o mesmo problema. Na minha constelação, o problema foi gerado pela sobra de uma versão de avaliação mais recente do Office no registro. Depois que eu removi a seguinte chave de registro, a instalação funciona:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Wow6432Node \ Microsoft \ Office \ 15.0
Antes disso, a Versão de avaliação do Office foi removida por meio do Painel de controle.
