Esta máquina de seis núcleos ECC de 12 GB e Xeon com Canela Mint 17.3 instalada em dois Barracudas de 7200 rpm (160 GB e 1 TB), sofre com a grave reprodução de som s-s-s. Chipset: Intel X58 + ICH10 RAM: 12 GB de ECC. Por folha de especificações, o áudio onboard é o áudio integrado ADI1984A

Precisa de suporte para o PulseAudio for Skype, já que o M $ não é compatível com o ALSA agora, de acordo com link . O Skype 4.3 é um aplicativo de interrupção de negócios.

Não há configuração do BIOS para o áudio AC97 ou HD, mas apenas o som integrado ativado ou desativado.
