Especificamente, preciso instalar uma segunda versão do R no meu servidor (executando o 3.2 instalado pelo yum e uptodate) para estar em conformidade com o GenePattern (uma plataforma de bioinformática da Broad Institute). Eu encontrei a fonte para o R v2.5.1 requerido no CRAN, mas a construção leva ao erro.
Eu agora tento construí-lo a partir da fonte em minha própria casa Eu tentei:

Tudo terminou com:
