Arquivos de sistema corrompido do Windows 8.1 faz com que o computador congele e reapareça depois de “consertar”

Question

Meu computador congela aleatoriamente de tempos em tempos e não responde novamente até que eu desligue completamente o sistema. Eu estou executando o Windows 8.1 x64 (dual boot com o Linux, se isso é importante). Abaixo está o resultado da execução de sfc /scannow e findstr /i /c:"[SR]" "%windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log" | findstr /i /v /c:"verify" (isso foi sugerido em este post ). Eu tentei DISM.exe , SFCFix.exe e as etapas listadas aqui . Nenhum deles conseguiu corrigir os arquivos corrompidos, embora todos relatem que o problema foi resolvido com sucesso. A exceção é a postagem mencionada acima, que nem sequer criou o arquivo fixes.txt criado na etapa 5 do reparo Manual. Eu executei o chkdsk e não notei nenhum erro, então não acredito que o problema tenha sido causado pelo disco rígido. Estou ficando um pouco cansado deste computador congelando e perdendo o trabalho, qualquer sugestão seria apreciada.

This update contains the following two manifests that are occasionally updated by the Diagnostic Tracking Service:

telemetry.ASM-WindowsDefault.json
utc.app.json 

The two files are marked as static files in the update. When an advanced user runs the System File Checker Tool (sfc.exe), the files are unintentionally flagged as corrupted. There is no impact or actual corruption on a device that is running this update, and this issue will be fixed in a later service update.
