O AppEngine Launcher 1.9.23 está lento no OSX

Question

Alguém mais notou que o mais recente AppEngine Launcher, versão 1.9.23, leva muito mais tempo para implantar o código? O que costumava levar menos de um minuto agora leva mais de 15 minutos. Há algo que eu possa fazer para consertar isso?
