“Excluindo entrada de índice” perdi meus arquivos

Question

Às vezes, meu PC verifica disco na inicialização.

Depois do início da janela, percebo que perdi alguns arquivos. Isso mencionado no log: PL0EF5 ~ 1, full.mp4 .... Eu procurei a solução e, em seguida, encontrar a pasta "found.00X" Mas não consigo encontrar os arquivos perdidos.

Qualquer ideia para me ajudar a recuperar esses arquivos seria apreciada. Eu também preciso ajudar a evitar a perda de "excluir entrada de índice" meus arquivos.
