Tendo problemas de corrupção teimosos no meu Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.

Eu tentei resolver isso por quase duas semanas, sem sucesso. Estou um pouco surpreso / ofendido ao me ver sendo forçado a recorrer a fóruns especializados como esse para consertar o meu problema, porque geralmente sempre encontro um jeito próprio. Mas desta vez vou precisar de vocês.

Sou bastante bom em pesquisar no sistema operacional Windows, por isso poderei seguir suas instruções com muita facilidade, sem que você seja extremamente detalhado e descreva quaisquer termos comuns de TI.

Problema

Arquivos de sistema corrompidos que levam a problemas ao instalar / desinstalar aplicativos, atualização do Windows, firmware ssd, basicamente qualquer coisa que exija uma integração mais profunda do sistema.
sfc procura arquivos corrompidos, mas não pode consertar todos eles.

Resolver problemas até agora

Verificado a presença de qualquer malwares / vírus / rootkit. Resultado - > nenhum
Aplicativos corrompidos desinstalados / reinstalados Resultado - > Sucesso, mas teve que desinstalar a maneira suja (Revo desinstalador e registro manual de remoção de sobra)
Instalou todos os arquivos ausentes do .NET Framework & Redistribuíveis do Visual C ++
Varredura / limpeza do registro (CCleaner, Little Registry Cleaner e outros) Resultado - > Muitos problemas encontrados / corrigidos, sem melhoria real.
sfc scan ( sfc /scannow )
verificação do disco de verificação ( chkdsk /f /v /r /x /b )
Redefinir a permissão padrão do sistema usando as ferramentas do Tweaking.com (e algumas manipulações manuais)

Logs gerados: lista de todos os arquivos de log gerados (tudo feito com privilégios de administrador elevados):

sfc scan --- > link
chkdsk scan --- > link
Digitalização OTL --- > não pode completar uma varredura por causa do loop infinito no diretório AppData --- > link
CheckSUR --- > Não é possível instalar a Ferramenta de Preparação para Atualização do Sistema, mas conseguiu obter algum log: link
SFCFix 2.1.4.0 por niemiro - > link

Eu gostaria, pelo menos, de poder instalar o CheckSUR ...

Eu posso extrair o conteúdo do instalador ... há algo que eu possa fazer com esse arquivo extraído? Eu tentei, mas é uma bagunça de vários arquivos cab ...

No Windows Vista / 7, você só pode corrigi-lo fazendo uma atualização Inplace .

Inicialize no Windows e coloque o DVD do Windows em sua unidade ou monte uma ISO do Win7
Abra a unidade de DVD e execute setup.exe
Selecione "Atualizar" no instalador
