Erro ao instalar o Windows 7 de 32 bits no VirtualBox

Eu tentei instalar um Windows 7 de 64 bits no VirtualBox, mas aparentemente meu laptop de 64 bits não permitirá isso. Então eu tentei instalar o Windows 7 de 32 bits, mas eu recebo este erro:

Certifique-se de que o VT-x esteja ligado no BIOS.
