ffmpeg não adicionando todas as imagens ao criar vídeo

Estou criando um vídeo a partir de 38.179 imagens. O ffmpeg cria um vídeo com sucesso, mas inclui apenas as primeiras 20.998 imagens. Não inclui as últimas imagens 17xxx. Estou executando o Windows 7 de 64 bits.

Os arquivos estão todos no mesmo diretório e chamados 1000000.jpg - 1038179.jpg.

Este é o comando que usei:

ffmpeg -r 16 -i 1%6d.jpg -r 16 video.mp4

Como posso incluí-lo para incluir todas as imagens?
