Inicialize uma instalação GNU / Linux existente a partir de um HDD real no Qemu-Windows

Agora estou executando o windows 8 e instalei o qemu-windows 1.3.1. Eu tenho dois discos rígidos. Quando tento inicializar o Arch GNU / Linux existente a partir do segundo disco usando o comando:

qemu-system-x86-64w -hda \Device\HarddiskVolume6  

Eu recebi este erro:

qemu-system-x86_64w.exe: -hda \Device\HarddiskVolume6: 
could not open disk image \Device\HarddiskVolume6: Invalid argument

Alguém pode me dizer por quê? Preciso montar uma partição linux no windows?

 qemu-system-x86_64w.exe: -hda \.\PhysicalDrive0  

ou

qemu-system-x86_64w.exe: \.\PhysicalDrive0

Seu argumento é inválido, isto é, errado. O qemu-doc.html da página / distribuição oficial do qemu-windows informa como especificar discos rígidos físicos na seção 3.6.7.2 Windows :

Hard disks
    Hard disks can be used with the syntax: \.\PhysicalDriveN where N is the 
    drive number (0 is the first hard disk). /dev/hda is supported as an alias
    to the first hard disk drive \.\PhysicalDrive0.

    WARNING: unless you know what you do, it is better to only make READ-ONLY 
    accesses to the hard disk otherwise you may corrupt your host data (use
    the -snapshot command line so that the modifications are written in a 
    temporary file).
