O Windows 7 Home Premium sempre afirma que não foi encerrado corretamente

Eu tenho o Windows 7 Home Premium, e não importa se eu desliguei meu computador ou o coloquei em suspensão (da maneira correta usando o botão Iniciar ou apenas fechando a tampa), toda vez que ao iniciar o backup há uma mensagem que o Windows não foi desligado corretamente.

Este erro faz com que meu computador reinicie a lentidão e eu realmente gostaria de solucioná-lo!

Eu tentei atualizar, mas sem sorte! Alguma sugestão, por favor?

Parece que o "bit sujo" do volume da unidade está definido.

If a volume's dirty bit is set, this indicates that the file system may be in an inconsistent state. The dirty bit can be set because the volume is online and has outstanding changes, because changes were made to the volume and the computer shutdown before the changes were committed to disk, or because corruption was detected on the volume. If the dirty bit is set when the computer restarts, chkdsk runs to verify the consistency of the volume.

Every time Windows starts, Autochk.exe is called by the Kernel to scan all volumes to check if the volume dirty bit is set. If the dirty bit is set, autochk performs an immediate chkdsk /f on that volume. Chkdsk /f verifies file system integrity and attempts to fix any problems with the volume.

Primeiro eu tentaria executar o chkdsk manualmente a partir do prompt cmd: chkdsk C: /f /r que irá verificar o disco e tentar reparar qualquer problema que encontrar. Se isso não consertar as coisas e você tiver certeza de que o computador não está obtendo o desligamento incorreto, você pode desabilitar a verificação de bit sujo usando o comando chkntfs .
