Eu estou tentando configurar o login sem senha no meu localhost porque é necessário para um tutorial. Eu passei pelas etapas normais de geração de uma chave rsa e anexando a chave pública a authorized_keys , mas ainda sou solicitado a fornecer uma senha. Eu também habilitei RSAAuthentication e PubKeyAuthentication em /etc/ssh_config . Seguindo outras sugestões, tentei:
chmod go-w ~/
chmod 700 ~/.ssh
chmod 600 ~/.ssh/authorized_keys
Mas o problema persiste.

Alguma sugestão? Estou executando o OSX 10.8.
Você precisa configurar sshd , O d significa daemon . Um daemon é um serviço.
Configurar ssh está apenas configurando o cliente.
Procure no arquivo sshd_config e defina PasswordAuthentication no .
No arquivo osx está em:
/private/etc/sshd_config
Reiniciando o sshd:
launchctl stop com.openssh.sshd
launchctl start com.openssh.sshd
