SSD da Kingston com vários blocos defeituosos e zero setores realocados

Minha instalação do Windows 8 estava congelando aleatoriamente e comecei a suspeitar da minha unidade SSD.

Depois de executar o HD Tune, recebi muitos blocos danificados, mas o S.M.A.R.T. mostra zero setores realocados.

Eu achava que os SSDs detectariam setores defeituosos e os realocariam automaticamente, não é verdade?

Estou usando um KINGSTON SH100S3 com o firmware mais recente.

Existe uma maneira de salvar este SSD? Por que não está realocando os setores?

ATUALIZAÇÃO:

É um caderno pelo caminho. Eu removi o SSD e o inseri novamente apenas para ter certeza de que ele estava bem conectado. O SSD tem 9 meses de idade.

Acabei de executar o chkdsk e obtive um resultado interessante:

Eu pensei por um segundo que o chkdsk consertou o problema, mas o HD Tune ainda me mostra os mesmos blocos danificados. Eu vou enfatizar o caderno amanhã para ver se ele ainda funciona aleatoriamente, mas não tenho esperança: (

Sim, acredito que os SSDs devem realocar setores defeituosos. Quantos anos tem a unidade? Você tentou atualizar o firmware?

Se a unidade for relativamente nova (menos de 2 anos), suspeito que a unidade estava com defeito no início e, se possível, talvez a Kingston possa substituí-la.
