Estou usando os seguintes comandos do manual para instalar o GIT

Isso é porque eu não instalei as dependências?
apt-get install libcurl4-gnutls-dev libexpat1-dev gettext libz-dev libssl-dev
Como faço para instalá-los off-line?
Para instalar o git offline você pode digitar sudo apt-get install git e copiar as URLs dos pacotes apt-get tenta baixar. Então você pode baixá-los em outro PC e instalar os arquivos .deb baixados manualmente com o gdebi ou, se não estiver instalado, digitando dpkg -i packagename.deb .
Note que você tem que instalar os pacotes na ordem correta para garantir que cada dependência seja instalada antes do pacote dependendo dela.
