Mas não consigo transmitir um vídeo do meu Raspberry Pi com a Logitech Camera para o Linux

ffserver foi removido a partir de N-89724-g6b35a83 em 2018/01/06. Então, você precisará compilar uma compilação mais antiga.

ffserver foi removido do FFmpeg em 2018-01-06 devido à falta de interesse do usuário e do desenvolvedor. O último commit incluindo ffserver é 2ca65fc . Se você quiser usar ffserver , você pode verificar esse commit e compilar:

git clone https://git.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg.git ffmpeg
cd ffmpeg
git checkout 2ca65fc7b74444edd51d5803a2c1e05a801a6023
./configure
make -j4
