Como alterar o tom de áudio durante o jogo

No Audacity Audio Editor, em Effect , há uma opção para Change Pitch . Você pode ver na foto abaixo Down e Percent Change . Eu costumo selecionar Para baixo e alterar o valor de Porcentagem de alteração para -19000.

Também quero mudar o tom de áudio durante a reprodução de vídeo e fazê-lo ao vivo (sem usar um editor de vídeo).

Existe uma maneira de fazer isso com o VLC Media Player? Eu procurei, mas não encontrei essas opções. Se não for possível com o VLC, eu estaria aberto a uma solução usando qualquer outro media player.

De Altere o tom de vídeo usando o Player VideoLAN (VLC) :

Open your VLC player. Under Tools, click Preferences, at the bottom. Now, click Audio, at the top. Untick Enable Time-Stretching audio. SAVE.

If you play a normal video, nothing else is required. But if you find a video that you are playing needs a pace and pitch adjustment, quickly click on Playback, Speed, and try (at first) clicking on the appropriate fine speed adjustment.

De Como alterar o tom no Windows Media Player :

1. Open the audio or video file in Windows Media Player. If the file is playing in the Library window, click the bottom-right "Switch to Now Playing" button. Step

2. Right-click anywhere in the Now Playing window, point to "Enhancements" and then select "Graphic Equalizer."
