Como instalo o utorrent depois de encontrar os problemas na descrição?

Como instalo o utorrent ? Eu baixei o tarball aqui, extraímos para /home/brentonhorne/utorrent-server-v3_0 e rodamos:

cd /home/brentonhorne/utorrent-server-v3_0
./utserver

O que me leva a:

Nesse momento eu fico preso e fica nesse passo por dias. Eu estou correndo 12.10.

Depois que corri

utserver -settingspath /opt/utorrent-server-v3_0/

Eu recebi a saída:

Nesse ponto, ele congelou exatamente como nos comandos listados anteriormente.

Você pode encontrar este útil Como instalar o utorrent passo a passo? . Mas pela minha experiência, o Deluge é uma alternativa muito boa ao uTorrent, talvez até melhor.

[Edit] Descobri que você pode simplesmente ignorar esses avisos, ir para http://127.0.0.1:8080/gui/ no seu navegador e colocar admin como nome de usuário e deixar a senha em branco.
