Notas:

  • O erro ocorreu de forma aleatória ao fechar o File Explorer .
  • Eu não tenho nenhum dispositivo externo além do cartão SSD e do mouse Bluetooth .
  • Há alguns dias, recebi outro BSOD, mas código diferente ( DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE ).
  • A maioria dos drivers é um padrão. Nenhum problema relatado no Gerenciador de dispositivos .
  • Eu tenho arquivos de paginação controlados pelo sistema para todas as unidades definidas como padrão.
  • Existe um SODIMM DDR4 de 1x16GB, outro slot é gratuito (atualizável).
  • É um novo laptop comprado há algumas semanas (sem atualizações).
  • Nenhuma modificação de hardware ou overclock desde a compra.

Com base nas informações acima, há alguma indicação clara do que aconteceu? É um driver defeituoso ou memória?

Para mim, parece que você tem uma memória defeituosa:

Ter um stick ruim de RAM girando um pouco em momentos ruins pode causar todos os tipos de erros, desde drivers esperando um 0 e obtendo um 1, até o conteúdo do arquivo de paginação não sendo bastante o que era esperado, a corrupção geral de arquivos críticos do sistema, como o registro.

Corra memtest e substitua o stick defeituoso se ele encontrar um.

Se ele não encontrar um, pode ser um flip aleatório que aconteceu em algum lugar na cadeia de carregamento, o que é um pouco improvável.
