O Windows Explorer falha aleatoriamente

Eu tenho um usuário no Windows 10 que está tendo o Windows Explorer travar em momentos aparentemente aleatórios. Não parece que aparece sempre no EventLog, mas aqui estão duas vezes que o vi:

Os dumps são dumps do BREAKPOINT ( STATUS_BREAKPOINT - (NTSTATUS) 0x80000003 porque Verificador de aplicativos é No callstack, vejo chamadas relacionadas à telemetria que acionam a falha:

Importe este arquivo .reg desativar para desativar o verificador de aplicativos e a criação de despejo. isso deve diminuir a quantidade de falhas.
