FFmpeg “Pipe: 0: dados inválidos encontrados durante o processamento de entrada” arquivos TGA

Eu tive um problema ao usar o FFmpeg para processar arquivos TGA em um arquivo MP4. Esta é uma versão do que estou fazendo que demonstra o problema.

Alguma ideia do que estou fazendo errado? Obrigado!

A implementação real:

Eu tenho um programa externo que gera arquivos TGA, e eu quero usar o Java para ler esses arquivos, enviá-los para o FFmpeg e, em seguida, excluir os arquivos.

Devido à falta de um analisador TARGA, somente os TGAs de tamanho de arquivo fixo (ou seja, nenhuma compactação RLE) podem ser canalizados para o ffmpeg.

ffmpeg -f image2pipe -framerate 60 -vcodec targa -frame_size 6220844 -i pipe:0 ... "final.mp4" < image.tga

O valor de frame_size deve ser o tamanho do arquivo, em bytes, dos seus arquivos TARGA.
