Windows 7 BSOD, incapaz de acessar o sistema no modo normal

Question

Vamos resumir o que estou enfrentando:

• Enfrento BSODs sempre que eu inicio meu laptop. A ocorrência de BSODs aumenta com o tempo e agora ela literalmente atingiu o infinito, o que significa que agora não consigo acessar meu sistema no NORMAL MODE. Só posso usar o MODO DE SEGURANÇA .
• Apenas hardware que eu não mudei é Placa-mãe, placa-filha & processador .

• Dell Inspiron 5010

• Windows 7 de 64 bits - i3 M370 2,40 GHz

• RAM DDR3-4GB

• Gráficos ATI Radeon HD 4650 - 1GB Também atualizado o driver de gráficos da AMD para a versão 13.9

Isso parece um CPU defeituoso. As CPUs mais antigas devem ser baseadas em soquete, então você pode tentar obter um usa a CPU do ebay e substitui a CPU.
