Não é possível instalar o Ubuntu 14 no Virtual Box

Estou executando o VirtualBox 5.0.8 no Windows 10 Home e estou tentando instalar o Ubuntu 14.04.3 de 32 bits como uma VM. Quando eu executo o Ubuntu, ele mostra a tela inicial da VM e tenta carregar, mas recebo este erro:

EDIT:TenteiredefiniraVMeativar"acpi = off" como recomendado sem resultado. Eu também tentei as várias outras opções em f6.

reset the VM and after selecting the language just press F6 and press enter to select acpi=off then ESC to go back. This should do it.
