saída concat ffmpeg não está sendo reproduzida no windows media player

Eu tenho uma série de vídeos curtos (< 3sec) mp4 (alguns com áudio, alguns sem áudio) que funcionam bem em todos os clientes. 15 qps, áudio AAC. Quando eu uso o ffmpeg concat, o arquivo resultante é reproduzido corretamente em vlc, no entanto, no winmedia ele ignora qualquer silêncio na trilha de áudio. Em quicktime ele reproduz todo o vídeo, apenas reproduz o primeiro áudio. Eu sinto que tem algo a ver com a sincronização de vídeo e áudio, mas sou novo com o ffmpeg. Se eu pegar a saída e recodificá-lo com o handbrake, ele constrói um arquivo que funciona.

e depois faço isso:

Revisado com novas saídas depois de garantir que ambos os áudios de origem tenham a mesma codificação (eu acho)

O concat demuxer que você está usando funciona somente se os arquivos tiverem o mesmo número de fluxos cada. Leia a esta documentação .

Em outras palavras, você precisará inserir o áudio (silencioso) nos arquivos sem áudio. Tente isto:

 ffmpeg -f lavfi -i aevalsrc=0 -i ENP22122.mp4 -shortest \
 -c:v copy -c:a aac -strict -2 newmuxedfile.mp4    

Você pode então concatenar o arquivo newmuxed.mp4 desde que os codecs sejam os mesmos. O demuxer não funcionará se os codecs forem diferentes. Então aqui eu usei aac como no seu outro arquivo. Se a concatificação falhar para os codecs serem diferentes, use o concat filter .

Note que você pode usar -c:v copy se os codecs de vídeo forem os mesmos.
