dpkg no terminal

Olá pessoal, tenho vindo a encontrar este erro estranho da semana passada, devido a que eu sou incapaz de instalar novos softwares. Eu corri este comando: sudo apt install uniconf-tools

E isso surge depois disso:

Eu tentei resolver este problema com este comando: sudo apt-get --reinstall install python-debian , mas o erro vem novamente e não consigo prosseguir.

Eu entendi ... Havia dois módulos faltando (seis e chardet) que eu consegui baixar com este comando:

sudo apt install --reinstall python3-six
sudo apt install --reinstall python3-chardet

Execute estes e u deve ser bom para ir
