Reiniciando pmouse
resolveu meu problema (como sugerido por @Pilot6):
No terminal:
sudo modprobe -r psmouse
sudo modprobe psmouse
Em seguida, as opções do touchpad aparecerão em "mouse e touchpad"
Bem, experimentei "mouse e touchpad", mas não há nenhuma opção para desativar o toque para clicar:
Então eu tentei:
synclient MaxTapTime=0
Isso retornou:
Couldn't find synaptics properties. No synaptics driver loaded?
Então, como desativar o toque para recortar no touchpad?
Usando o Ubuntu 16.04
