Ubuntu 15.10 Fones de ouvido sem som

Eu comprei um laptop: Alienware 17 r2

Instalado o Ubuntu 15.10 (Kernel 4.2.0-18-generic) e estou tendo problemas em obter som através do conector de áudio usando fones de ouvido & amp; alto-falantes externos.

Muitas vezes, após a instalação do Linux no laptop, o áudio é reconhecido, mas apenas desligado ("mudo"). Você deve verificar dois pontos possíveis.

  1. No terminal, execute alsamixer . Certifique-se de que os canais de reprodução do seu áudio não sejam 0 ou 'M'
  2. Instale o aplicativo 'pavucontrol', execute-o e certifique-se de que a placa de áudio esteja configurada para saída ou modo combinado e não esteja sem som.
