Então, ontem à noite, eu corri um apt update que relatou que 15 pacotes poderiam ser atualizados. Eu emito o comando apt upgrade imediatamente e inicio a atualização dos pacotes

A conexão com a internet parecia lenta naquele momento, então decidi pular o download do pacote grande (docker) e decidi instalar / atualizar o libavutil55 que já havia sido baixado.
Após a conclusão da instalação, eu dormi. Acordando hoje de manhã, decidi atualizar o resto deles, pois a conexão com a internet parecia estável. Mas eis-e-eis O apt agora só atualiza docker-ce e nada mais.
