Ok, primeiro, acho que isso é devido a um disco rígido danificado. Estou executando o Linux Mint em um laptop HP Pavilion com um sistema de arquivos ext4.

Este é um dual-boot e o windows 10 funciona completamente bem. Agora estou postando isso do win10.

Na primeira vez que ocorreu o erro, fiz backup dos arquivos usando um USB ativo e executei o acheck usando o gparted. Isso durou cerca de 7 horas e depois decidi simplesmente matar o processo e fazer uma reinstalação limpa do Mint.

Até aí tudo bem, tudo funciona até o dia seguinte e eu terminei de reinstalar a maioria dos meus aplicativos novamente quando, de repente, ao compilar um software, o erro do sistema de arquivos de somente leitura volta a aparecer. Mais uma vez eu corro um cheque que corrige alguns erros de inode e reinicializa o mint desta vez. Isso se repete algumas vezes.

A saída dmesg é inundada com um erro de porta PCIE para o meu adaptador wifi (Realtek), que é na maior parte falso (eu os tinha em minha instalação anterior também e tive que consertá-lo com pci = nomsi no arquivo de configuração do grub. um problema comum, eu vi em outro lugar on-line com laptops HP e adaptadores realtek) O ponto é que eu não consigo encontrar nada na bagunça.

Então, chegamos às minhas perguntas:

  • Existe alguma maneira melhor de refinar a saída do dmesg? Eu acho que deveria estar usando o grep, mas não tenho certeza sobre a palavra-chave que eu deveria estar usando para mostrar coisas sobre o disco rígido apenas.

  • Se o disco rígido estiver comprometido, é possível que minha instalação do win 10 funcione bem sem erros? É possível verificar se está danificado no Windows ou usando a chave ao vivo?

  • É seguro executar uma verificação na minha partição de inicialização? Eu ainda não dei uma olhada nisso.
  • A reinstalação com o ext3 fará alguma diferença previsível?

Sinto muito sobre as questões básicas, tenho usado o linux por pouco mais de um mês.

Isso pode ser um erro SMART: o SMART é um padrão para o autodiagnóstico do HDD que armazena informações diretamente no firmware do disco.

Como os erros SMART são armazenados diretamente no firmware do disco, eles podem resistir a uma nova instalação.

Você pode verificar o status inteligente de um disco usando o comando

smartctl -a /dev/sdx

De um live CD do Linux. No debian o pacote é chamado de smartmontools, deve ser o mesmo em mint.

Acho que o Windows não manipula o protocolo SMART de forma nativa, que pode ser o motivo pelo qual o disco não falha no Windows.

Se a sua unidade tiver erros SMART, procure-os no Google para descobrir se eles são críticos ou publique-os aqui e faça backup dos seus dados: é mais provável que sua unidade falhe em breve ...
