Segui os conselhos fornecidos, atualizando os drivers da Nvidia e o win8.1, mas infelizmente tive outro BSOD sobre o mesmo problema: driver_power_state_failure

Desta vez, o Intel PCI Express x16 Controller ( PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0C01 ) causa a falha:
