Isso se deve a uma situação de duplo NAT (você está por trás de dois roteadores domésticos, ambos fazendo NAT, ou você tem um roteador e seu ISP também está NATting sua conexão); Os endereços de Teredo codificam o que deve ser o endereço IPv4 público, mas o seu codifica o endereço 192.168.1.100, um endereço privado. Isso só acontece em uma configuração dupla de NAT.

Como isso oferece um endereço IPv6 não-funcional ou totalmente quebrado, e o IPv6 é o preferido para o IPv4, isso reduzirá a conectividade para qualquer site habilitado para IPv6 (Google, Facebook, muitos outros).

Eu sempre recomendo desabilitar Teredo, ISATAP e 6to4, todos tecnologias de transição IPv6 com várias armadilhas, a menos que você realmente pretenda usá-las.
